A consultation and shaping of the eyes or eyebrows. A non refundable $30 deposit is required. In the event you decide to have any permanent makeup services done, the $30 will go towards the cost!! Cancellation Policy: At LaBlade Beauty we respect our artists time therefore a non refundable deposit is required. We will allow you to reschedule your appointment within 72 hours via telephone or logging in your account. In the event of cancellation the deposit is non refundable.

All Voucher customers keep in mind your voucher will be redeemed 2 days prior to appointment due to cancellation policy.
